LLUVIA DE METEORITOS
GAZ | 3D | CLAUDIA STILIANOPOULOS
In the year 2014 a rain of meteorites took place in some paddies in Jinju, South Korea. For the Koreans it was an omen of good luck so the population flooded the rice fields in search of the fallen meteorites known under the name of “contrite.” The owners of the lands ended up limiting the area to end the massive meteorites search. South Korea considers the meteorites a cultural asset and therefore banned the export of the country’s meteorites.
The visitor is immerged into a world of meteorites. Meteorites are represented in different shapes and sizes. Time is stopped as an invitation to introspection.
